Inaugural Post

Oh, the pressure! What to say and how to say it?
Let's start with the pleasantries--welcome, and I hope your holidays have begun in a sane and pleasant manner. If you are in a drought area, here's to some rain for you--if you are in a flood area, here's to some clear skies.
The direction this blog will take will be---well---scattered, at best. If it takes a general slant after a while, then so be it.
I am not a professional or expert in anything(officially, at least)so please keep in mind that theses posts will consist mostly of my opinion. Solutions I put forth will be ones I have found to work for me and may not necessarily work for you.
From time to time I'll recommend other blogs on related subjects. Feel free to peruse or ignore them as you see fit.
With all that said, I look forward to some good discussions on various cool and groovy topics, as well as some that aren't quite as cool and groovy. Whatever!
